Return & Exchange Period
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email or phone and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Proof of payment
- Reason for return or exchange
- Relevant photos or videos
Our customer service team will review your request promptly and notify you of the outcome. Once approved, we will provide the return address and a return label.
Please attach the return label and send the item back to the designated return address. After we receive the product, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets the stated return conditions.
- For returns: Once inspection is approved, we will immediately proceed with the refund process.
- For exchanges: Once inspection is approved, a replacement item will be shipped within 1–3 business days. For more details on shipping times, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Refund Process
After your return is approved and processed, refunds will be issued within 1–5 business days. The refund will be made to your original payment method.
Shipping Fee Responsibility
- We cover return shipping costs for the following cases: product defects, appearance issues, color discrepancies, odor issues, or incorrect items received.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for no-reason returns.
